The Tax Department announced that the Council of Ministers has approved an extension for the submission of the Income Tax Return (TD4) for persons required to submit a Summary Information Table of Controlled Transactions for the years 2022 and 2023.
The new deadlines are as follows:
- Income Tax Return for the year 2022: Extended until February 28, 2025 (previous deadline was November 30, 2024)
- Income Tax Return for the year 2023: Extended until November 30, 2025 (previous deadline was March 31, 2025)
The relevant decrees will be posted on the website of the Tax Department following their publication in the Official Gazette.
