Annual Company Levy for 2021
We would like to inform you that the Department of Registrar of Companies and Intellectual Property yesterday announced that, as per a decree issued by the Minister of Energy, Commerce and Industry on 21 of December 2021, the deadline for payment of the Annual Levy by registered companies for the year 2021 is extended to March 31, 2022 with no additional charge.
Payments of the Annual Levy for the years 2018 and on will be effected either through the JCCSMART website or at the Department’s cashier registry.
Payments for the previous years that is 2012 – 2017 will be made either at the Department’s cashier office or through the website of the Department of Registrar of Companies after first connecting to the Government Portal “Ariadne”.
